Yeah, Kermit knows the truth. Kermit you can't even place a comma correctly.

There is something to what you say though. A small certain section of the Tory party is happy to support high immigration as it suppresses wages and it means they can get their boilers fixed cheaply.....We all know they exist.

It was Blair who turned the tap on and all you try to do is portray agreements that the Tories signed up to for trade as some kind of acceptance for concepts that you believe in. It's not even sixth form stuff.

It isn't the Tories on here supporting the concept of no borders and high immigration, multiculturalism and internationalism/globalization.

#michaelknows

I am particularly fascinated by Nostramit's predictions and am waiting for the Bladerunner-esqe post apocalyptic vision of hell he predicted for post referendum Britain to become a reality and also waiting for 2021, when according to our sage, the streets of Britain would be filled with blackshirts looking to invoke a racial war, presumably using the Manson family's theory of 'Helter Skelter' as inspiration.

It should have been a 'colon' not a comma, Master stirling, sir. But thank you for attempting to correct me anyway even if you were wrong.

A comma would have been fine.

At least you left my 'But' alone.

After the argument about whether you could start a sentence with 'And'...I thought I'd leave that 'sentence starting' chestnut alone.

I also left the question mark you used for a statement alone.

I'm all for pedantry and don't mind being corrected myself if it can teach something useful.

You lost that one, i seem to remember. And using a '?' to end a half-statement/half-question sentence is fine as it is too when it is rhetorical.

No, only ones that start 'masculinity' threads

Debatable, as is much in grammar. Using 'And' to start a sentence still seems like crowbar English to me. Still, I do it myself occasionally so I'm a hypocrite there. I certainly only use pedantry now to make silly put-downs. I know it's pointless and that I probably make just as many mistakes: I try though.

Cameron, Osborne, their glamorous chum and the great Uber stitch-up ! Corruption by a conservative prime minister, his chancellor and a conservative mayor of London,,,,very worrying that this is the best we can do in 2017,,,,lest we forget! Yeh, only boris is left in the current government, but that so many people love this rabble does fill me with dread, i think corbyn isnt a bad guy and maybe the press are scared of his honesty, do we really care if he doesnt tax anyone on under £80k a year? The press dont like hearing an honest politician, and i dont dislike theresa may btw, was suprised the daily mail broke the corruption story on march 25, wondered why,,think its because they knew the cat was out of the bag and there might be lots more to come !
