Yes 10% wasn't a bad guess. But then the similarities between New Orleans and Luton rather prove my point.

Because if you were someone of European origin living in a country dominated by people of European origin then living in New Orleans meant you'd be living in a city dominated by people of African origin. In other words your WASP country would feel very different there because of your localised cultural environment. Doesn't TR keep harping on about his home town?

It's kind of interesting looking at that large jump in Hispanics between 1960 and 2011......You can see how Trump is obsessed with building that wall. Losing battle though.....Had to have been done back around Reagan....the demographics changes are set now.
