Same s* happens every international break. Hennesey does well against some two bob international teams that are at his natural level (about league 1) and his supporters come on here giving it that he should be heralded as the best keeper in the world. Same s*** happens every international break. Hennesey does well against some two bob international teams that are at his natural level (about league 1) and his supporters come on here giving it that he should be heralded as the best keeper in the world. It's utter bollocks and he is still s***e and not good enough to be a premier league number 1. Nothing has changed, he's just done well against Moldova ffs!

Exceptional no, but bearing in mind he had nothing to do all game he stayed alert and got the ball out of danger.

No huge fan of Hennessy but then again Speroni isn't the answer either. Both are very good when they have to react but not so good at commanding their area or when they have a few seconds to think about what they need to do.

Thinking back, other than when we had a keeper on loan, when was the last time we had a commanding goalkeeper? Matt Clarke for the short time he was here? It certainly wasn't Carlo Nash!

For God's sake - this thread started in February! 90% of it is the For and the Against being abusive to each other. What a waste of space and time. The subject is no worse or better than any other PL keeper and he is our first choice until January. Let the matter rest and get on to more productive and interesting debate - fat chance I fear.
