Is it perhaps an article that uses language such as this..

"Let’s leave Labour entirely in the hands of these ageing but perpetually adolescent quasi trot halfwits for a year, and see how the public responds."?

And what is incorrect or offensive about that statement? It appears to be pretty much bang on.

Also, one can't help but think that we have crossed swords before. Remind me, what was your previous moniker?

Anti Corbyn bias? Never...
From Corbyn's home page (which is biased I admit but that's the point of it)
In recent days there has been a wave of articles supporting the BBC and suggesting that those who have made a 'big deal' out of the orchestrated Doughty resignation are delusional. While understandable that journalists seek to defend one another, it is surprising that not one voice has been found to offer the alternative line - that, in the words of the blog post itself, the BBC acted to cause a political impact that in turn handed the Conservative Prime Minister an upper hand during PMQs.

The evidence of possible BBC bias is not some wild conspiracy theory when we take the time to analyse it. For example, take into account the job history of Daily Politics host Andrew Neil, a former Tory researcher and Murdoch editor. Or consider the Editor of the Daily Politics, Robbie Gibb who was once Francis Maude's chief of staff and deputy chair of the Federation of Conservative Students.

It's hardly wild to believe that Tories, in charge of political shows, could work with a preference towards Tories. But this is not what the BBC should be about - it's job is to report the news, not act in a politically motivated manner.

As with all things time will tell. I think despite most of the media against him, Corbyn will help labour close the gap and even usurp the Tories come election time.

I have an image of nickgusset walking round his house with his fingers in his ears and humming loudly to convince himself that his understanding of the situation is the correct one.

If you publicly called your boss (in not so many words) a prick, do you think you'd still have a job?
That's effectively what Dugher did, so it was no surprise he lost his place.

I worked very briefly for a couple of pricks in my career, but none that were as bad as Corbyn.

Assuming you are writing from principle as opposed to simply venting silly biased spleen Hoof, then what must you think of Maggie in prick league terms?Champions League winner?

Sacked Francis Pym as Foreign Secretary just because he said he said big majorities can be dangerous..

Well she defeated the Argies and the Unions pretty conclusively, so I would put her on a par with Churchill for being a great success as PM personally.

We won't be able to measure how Corbyn fairs as a PM, because he hasn't got the remotest chance of winning an election (or remaining as Labour leader much longer). Shame really because he could have trumped the efforts by Major, Blair and Brown for incompetence and really set the bar low!

Just opened and read my welcome to the HOL message from 2006. I've been lurking a long long time.

A strange/bizarre early message to post in the middle of a thread - Like you were awakening from a dream?

I think Matt_Himself is right and that you are a former poster probably redcarded for abuse with an axe to grind. Particularly as you get involved in hand to hand "combat" with another poster which rarely happens with new or unfamiliar posters.

You've either set up sleeper accounts previously to re-emerge or somehow defeated the system to show your joining date as 2006.

The mods will probably check out your IP address if you get too lairy again and redcard you.

Anyways I'm not buying your cover story!

I'll get Superfly to sniff your credentials... he has a nose for unearthing Moles.

Meanwhile, while those with an axe to grind, fixate their spleen on Corbyn, an interesting piece in The Observer yesterday by William Keegan focuses on the real villain of the show continuing to steer HMS UK at high speed straight in the direction of an iceberg ....

cue axes to grind and spleen aplenty...

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

I expected nothing less from the Guardian.

Are you Corbyn's mum legal?

You're taking it a bit personally mate.... it's just politics.

As I said a few weeks back, when Corbyn has faced the sort of abuse Farage has endured for the last few years from your lot (turning up at a pub abusing him and completely spoiling a family sunday lunch as just one example) then he might understand the lengths activists go to in pursuit of their political ideals.

Can someone remind me what panto villain Corbyn has done to screw up our economy, widen the wealth gap between the haves and have-nots, outsource our infrastucture to foreign companies and foreign state-supported entities and make the housing market in the south east all but inaccessible to new entrants without a sizeable trust fund?

Keep on swallowing the propaganda, people. All is well with Dave & George at the helm. Nothing to worry about except the Reds / Scots / Islamist Fanatics. Keep spending......

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)

Whilst I am in no way backing Osbourne 100%, nor would he be my choice of Chancellor because he is not right wing enough, the events in China recently have rattled markets and decision makers.

It is correct for Osbourne to say that what happens to the Chinese economy will effect us. However, by not cutting enough and reducing the deficit swiftly enough, he does not have much in the tank in the event of a downturn.

That William Keegan piece is slanted. He makes a few good points but overall he appears more directed by heart than mind.
