They wont though they will only give you more banknotes with the same broken promises. I say move the people in Block E who don't want to sing and be done with it. They don't own the seats and time moves on...deal with it Backed by securities these days.

But what actually constitutes a promise? Does it have to include the words "I promise"? It certainly ought to. I'm unashamedly going completely off topic, partly in the hope that this tedious thread can be put out of its misery. But if I had £100 for every time our estimable MP for Streatham, Chuka Umunna, has said we were "promised" millions for the NHS if we left the EU, I'd be quite comfortably off. (1) The word "promise" never featured in that slogan. More money for the NHS was just floated as a suggestion. (2) The people who floated the idea were not in a position to make any promises. They weren't the government. (3) As Umunna must have noticed, we're not out of the EU yet. As our PM has never said, "Promise means promise" (which is presumably why she doesn't use the word).

It appears for loads of people, it isn’t just about the football or Palace. It might be atmosphere related or sitting with 20 people you might talk to for 5 minutes once a fortnight. Unless something is resolved this will unfortunately be a continual issue. Parish may or may not also be hoping form files this away but I doubt it. The feeling is the lack of atmosphere is there to stay and being part of the football culture and experience for many, a few points in silence isn’t going to draw a line under it. It’s a real shame, unless there’s some movement or a compromise with a pledge of accelerating the proposal if situations change.

It makes me roll my eyes at any suggestion the club would offer any kind of ST discount or refund for moving. This would cause more division with ST holders in other parts of the ground. Allegedly our star player has had to step in to financially support the Ladies team. I still think better move HF to Whitehorse End to drown out away fans more Edited by HKOwen (07 Sep 2018 12.00pm)

Yes Home game form still poor so far. If we win at home then the HF issue will still be there but possibly less front and centre. If we lose next couple of home games we're in a relegation fight anyway ( unless we pick up points away ) Preference, have a good run next three or four games so everyone happier Originally posted by Midlands Eagle

If faced with another will we again with little vocal support apart from the negative voices flowing down from the back? Take that chance it may be. Edited by Rudi Hedman (07 Sep 2018 12.49pm)

Edited by HKOwen (07 Sep 2018 12.00pm) Can't be done unless the club are prepared to pay (a very substantial amount too, I believe) for a police presence inside the ground - this is why they were moved to the far end of the Arthur, away from the HF - that way they only need club stewards to enforce safety.
