Anyway back to Brexit. I don't want to get blamed for Midland closing this thread down as well. Pity there aren't more supporters of JRM and Farage on here arguing the case for brexit.

Look steve brexit is going to happen and has to. It all looks very much in the air right now. Tricky Theresa's latest strategy is this faux preparation for a no deal. Not that I'm saying there won't be a No Deal, but it's clearly designed to smoke out all opposition to her crap deal. They may cave in and go for that, or out of desperation and deadlock it could get thrown back to the people for a fresh vote. Then the whole debate would be about what the question will be. It's all a giant clusterf*** and when it's over what ever the outcome, it will just be Act One with a further vote 3 or 4 years down the road anyway.

I don't think it will matter a rabbit's fart. I suppose a bad deal is a chace for Merkel to stick her finger in our eye but apart from that I doubt that much will change. I do have a - yes, a hunch - that those who want fewer and better immjgrants are likely to be disappointed.

Not very enlightning as he will be dead within 5 years or at least before the effect of brexit imo really takes hold.

Listened to a third of it but he did waffle. I didn't hear any facts though, only emotion and rhetoric. I would like to see a financial analysis of how and when Brexit will improve our lot. I keep hearing it will but haven't seen the business case.
