I'm sure he'll have a few suitors but I wouldn't mind Lavia from saints. He's about the only player who'll come out with any credit this season, combative, energetic and composed... would be a great partner for Doucouré.

I’d hate to deny any palace fan their very much deserved right to panic, including myself there, however the bottom 3 all have 5 games left and to be a point ahead of us , providing we lose all remaining games, would require:

Leicester: 9 points
Everton: 10 points
S’ton: 14 points

The likelihood of all those things happening is near nonexistent albeit not impossible.

Let’s hope we can still get as many Ws as possible nonetheless, COYP!!

Certainly no signs of any perturbation in 'Casa Willo'.As far as I am concerned the wind is blowing in the right direction.

Yep agree there and hadn’t thought about it! Good call.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

You worry me sometimes Willo. Where’s the doom? Where’s the gloom?

I believe on HOL I have expressed positivity in respect of Lavia whom Southampton signed for a fee of £10.5 Mill rising to £14 Mill and includes a 20% sell-on clause.

This season, Southampton signed two other teenagers from Man C, defender Juan Larios and midfielder Sam Edozie.

It does look like the Leicester v Everton game could be a decider. After that Everton have Brighton and Wolves away and Man City at home. Leicester have similarly tough games. Both will probably look at this as one of their best hopes for a win from their remaining fixtures. If Leicester win it is hard to see Everton digging themselves out of the hole, but you never know. Forest have arguably the easiest run in.

My thoughts...

1. We are not going down - yey!
2. Southampton are down - yey!
3. I think Everton are going to go down - yey!

5 games remaining, 15 points at stake, I hope Roy pushes them to the end and we get nearer to 50 points rather than 40.

If we lose all our remaining games and Leicester win a couple they may have a better goal difference so will only need 8 points. I will not be denied my right to panic!

What would you do to push Edouard and Mateta to be in the right place at the right time and to try to understand what anticipation means?
