If you're a Wales fan you've got two reasons for supporting him so I suggest you do so.

A lot of it is down to defence, last season Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool and Hennessey only concedes two goals. So far in this World Cup Wales have played seven and not lost with WH in goal. He is not so bad as a lot of people on this forum think. Also this season Hart and Cech have conceded more goals than Hennessey whilst Schmeichel the same number. Now does that mean that Hart, Cech and Scmeichel are bad keepers or is it possible the defences in front of them are not up to scratch just like at Palace.

He came for a couple of crosses and, with a very solid defender like Williams in front he played fine, much like last year with Sakho in front of him. I also thought he dealt with a few dreadful back passes pretty well and was passing the ball short to the defenders when they made themselves available. Edited by johnno42000 (02 Sep 2017 10.13pm)
