I was playing 'Faces - Nods as good as a wink' the other day and my wife asked me was that Rod Stewart (she isn't into 60's / 70's music) and I said it is but when he was with The Faces. That's a cracking album like most of his early stuff up until 'foot loose and fancy free' in my opinion. Bit like Elton John, excellent in the early days up until 'victim of love', again in my opinion, with 'tumbleweed junction' one of my favourites by him, and I'd go with 'Gasoline Alley by Rod.
