I don't know how a business can develop a strategy for Brexit, now 100 days away. Invoking Article 50 without any plan or idea of what was to become, must be the greatest gaffe of all time.

In any case it will be a bad Brexit whatever happens, unless anyone can forsee a good Brexit happening between now and March?

Any effect of Brexit on JLR will have started before now. It may well have been a factor in recent sales, as predicted by Ralf Speth in September There is little doubt a hard brexit would make the logistics very tricky immediately post leaving. Anyone familiar with kanban will understand all about that. Not operating kanban is unthinkable nowadays due to the holding costs of stock. To simply write off the JLR CEO because he has skin in the game is incredibly stupid. He has a Board and the market has Analysts. If he doesn't portray the truth they will know immediately.

But they are free from the shackles though indeed, ready for Tata and Volkswagen to pull work back to India and Germany where they can rely on "their own" to produce the cars.
