They don't owe us, the rest of the fans, a top notch atmosphere, and they are still present at games, so I don't really understand your point, mate. Edited by Dan1994 (06 Sep 2018 12.52pm)

What a load of verbal diarrhoea. I’m well aware of asset valuations and tangible and important intangible assets. If I wanted to I could consult SSAP’s but that’s just a complete load of flannel with this in mind. Parish, like any business today knows, the importance of growth. Growth, not standing still resting on your laurels. Compare that Jordan buffoon who valued season ticket holders and treated casual fans with contempt and effectively priced them away from attending and what Parish is doing. The value of the HF as a marketing tool is highly valuable and Parish knows it. Businesses thrive and survive by how they plan and grow their markets and marketing plans, not by past and immediate financial reports only, but thanks for the snidely GCSE comment. Wouldn’t expect anything else. Quite right Rudi, what a pompous pr*ck, and im not even in yours and his "debate"

FFS Rudi do you ever have a good word for the club because all I ever see from you is criticism on almost every issue. Why don't you give this thread a rest because it damages us in the eyes of other clubs fans who must be pissing themselves laughing at us!

I think the fact that Parish and CPFC have used them in brochures, videos And online promoting the club, match tickets, season tickets and memberships pretty much since they bought the club disproves your opinion that the HF are a financial (business) irrelevance. Your argument using the remaining 25,000 is true, obviously, but actually bollox if you look at it from a real business angle, as Parish has for 8 years. Edited by Rudi Hedman (06 Sep 2018 9.59am) Playing devil's advocate - by the same amount Parish has then been also promoting the HF for eight years - and they still only number 100... Which may mean to the majority of in-ground support they are irrelevant (otherwise their membership would already fill the lower Holmesdale and this thread wouldn't exist) Was also thinking if Palace had won the last two home games say 4-0 would anyone really be overly concerned about what has happened to the HF? Not knocking what the HF have done in the past but it's the results on the pitch that lift the other areas of the ground and raise the noise levels. Remember the Sunderland silent second half, even the HF had had enough.

Actually I’ve said several times in this thread and others how much of a great chairman Parish has been. I just have actually comparing him to the short sighted revenue now Jordan. It’s the club that manage to monumentally c0ck things up. They can’t even provide or make sure the fridges work but I bet their drinks in corporate lounges are at perfect serving temperature. It’s always been the same. Rossi’s refreshments never failed in their service so you could happily eat the burger they had in stock with a cold or hot drink with the Croydon advertiser Family enclose of 9 year olds making the only notable sound in the ground. What times they were... to return? Edited by Rudi Hedman (06 Sep 2018 1.30pm)

You may never get the actual HF membership above about that number and they may not want it to anyway, but it’s about everyone joining in with them. That’s the and their point after all. We’ll see how much better the atmosphere gets if nothing happens about this. I reckon it won’t improve. I thought they could be made up for, but I and others thinking the same were wrong and the signs are there it will remain that way. Edited by Rudi Hedman (06 Sep 2018 1.37pm)

does anybody disagree that And 2. That the HF have helped improve the atmosphere at Selhurst ? If so, shouldn't Parish simply induce the HF to return to their corner until the new stand is built? I'm sure the 35 odd tickets sold in that corner can be sorted out. * I know I support no automatic seat renewal but we are where we are, and expectations have been created Edited by Ginger Pubic Wig (06 Sep 2018 2.34pm)

Compromise is the answer... Some pride needs to be swallowed on both sides as this lot lift the stadium and lift the team...
