I mean duh The authorities have deliberately crucified Tommy on a political agenda. When John Prescott assaulted a bloke on the campaign trail he didn't even get a parking ticket Try thinking about cases that have reporting restriction and those that don't! Then maybe you, and others, will begin to understand the difference. It isn't for us to question why a Judge makes a reporting restriction order either, for we are not in possession of all the facts. If they are made then they apply to everyone. If they don't then anyone can do what "Robinson" did.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |
