Well as they say, you can only beat what is in front of you. And West Ham were on a par with Burnley in terms of performance.

But OG once again came up trumps tactically and you can see the players becoming increasingly able to compete over the whole course of the game now.

As at Liverpool, the team performed to a high standard - although I can't include Henderson in that. I thought he was too passive for their first goal and the second was schoolboy stuff. Not a good look for someone hoping to get a Euros spot.

Ebs and Olise will grab the headlines understandably, but I thought Richards and Clyne were star performers too. OG seems to have enabled a renaissance in Nat - great to see.

A wonderful afternoon which I was still celebrating in the Station pub in Hove at 10pm.

Yes can you imagine if he’d done it late up at Anfield after all the hard work, not sure I was too keen on the pair of them laughing about it either, but let’s give him the benefit, I’d like to think it wouldn’t have happened if we weren’t in cruise mode, so I’m not going to crucify him

Probably cooked his goose re Euros that error.

I'm perfectly willing to entertain the notion, and perhaps concede, that Ollie is a better coach than Roy for our squad at the moment. On the other hand, the arrival and growth of Wharton & Munoz, the joint availability of Eze and Olise, and the confidence of JPP (born of starts, time, and perhaps even spring weather) – have been an immense help to Glasner, assistance not available to Roy.

The only decision for which I fault Roy entirely is his favoring Ward over Clyne (or Richards), but even that choice is one which most fans appeared to support. Demoting our loyal, long-serving captain can't be easy.

Well, he was schooled right after the final whistle by OG still on the pitch in the course of OGs congratulation round. Was a little funny to watch how he showed Hendo how he should have handled the ball.

He had a shocker - apart from that late save. He is extremely reluctant to play out from the back yet his first long kick and throw went straight to opposition players in the Palace half

There is no doubt OG is proving to be right for the job, and long May it last , but to compare now with ,say before January , and come up with OG as the whole answer is taking no account that everyone is fit. As only now have Eze and Olise become available,in effect since January OG has four very effective new signings improving matters. Glad to see someone point it out .

Fantastic couple of performances on the trot in which we've displayed different styles to get the job done. Great to see and a huge amount of credit to Glasner and his team.

A massive test on Wednesday now against a rested and resurgent Newcastle. Hopefully we can put in another strong display and keep the run going.

I really can't understand all the excitement from the weekend result when we actually lost ground to Brentford in the race for 14th spot

I am delighted to have been proved wrong and the whole performance left me 'Purring'. What a joy to behold and such unalloyed delight.

A far cry from some of the dour performances we have witnessed in recent seasons and my aged face was wreathed in merriment. My dear wife commented that I was glowing with happiness when I returned to my abode.

I said sorry last week so not doing it again.
Much humble pie has been eaten and enjoyed.
The journey home yesterday was most enjoyable!
I look forward to the last few games with a new found zest!

Hats off to Dougie as well.
Munoz and Wharton are exceptional buys.

I wouldn’t say Roy favouring Ward over Clyne should be debated over Glasner now playing Clyne. Roy played Ward as a right back and most of us realised both him and Clyne struggled in that position. Now we have Munoz both Ward and Clyne have played on the right of a middle 3 at the back and both have looked better in that position. Munoz does the running for them as a wing back and neither of them could do that anymore at their ages. Clyne got the nod over Ward because he got a knock. They both have played well in that position but Clyne has taken that role slightly better and deserves his place. With Guehi returning I doubt either of them will keep their place but will be great having them on the bench in case of injuries/tiredness. As for which one gets a new contract for next season or perhaps both will, I can’t see either of them getting much game time next season unless we have major injuries again? :-)

I think one might also want to acknowledge Glasner's careful handling of players who have been injured.
- Olise after the cameo off the bench against Citeh has had 2 starts but was substituted after 65 minutes in both.
- He has also managed Eze carefully in recent games
- He recognizes the importance of using your substitution allowance so as to give as much rest as possible to the players who need it. It's meant taking risks with the likes of Jairo (Liverpool and WHam) and Ahamada (WHam) neither of whom have impressed but at least they've allowed tired legs a chance of recovery.

Hodgson, sadly, was generally inept when it came to using subs tending to react rather than be pro-active and leaving key players on too long and rarely taking advantage of the 5 sub option (if ever?)
