Glasnost has certainly been shown the difficult task he has.

3 goals conceded in 11 minutes from a winning position, Palace don't play with intensity to the end.

His subs didn't help but he doesn't really know them.

It's early for him so let's see what he says.

OK so a defeat we all expected against a team who were playing at home with superior players that we have not beaten since 1997. We changed the game for them by the Anderson errors. We all know we only have 11 players of Premiership standard and 3 of them were not starting anyway so the team was further weakened with the substitutions.
The loss is not the surprise but did we see any positives under the new regime.COYP

Well, we didn’t concede after 3 minutes…

Munoz does a lot of work and it was clear he was tiring without emuch support Ward is too slow to really support and Ayew was the one helping but he went off injured.

The manager doesn't really know much about the players you can see that many are out of position.

Mateta did work hard but he doesn't have the mobility to play high press closing down.

He are lacking pace in center this is a big problem.

Mitchell doesn't look up to the pace to play this role hes not that quick and at times looks like he doesn't know how to read the game.

The conceding towards the end is a fitness & composure issue.

We are lacking real leader on the pitch as well.

Keeper showed again today why he never should have been dropped under Roy

I watched the game but did not see Ayew's injury.

Mitchell plays every game. He needs competition.
It's fortunate that we only have to keep above Luton.

Let us not underestimate the role of Doucoure in covering for the central defence. He is sorely missed.

Mitchell was really shown up today. We need a left back who can play this system come the summer.

Richards was huge today.

Good news is Luton are 0-2 down.

The more I've seen of Andersen this season, the more I'd like to see him sold if Palace have to sell anyone for reasonable money in the summer. He always looks like he has an error in him, and he was far too lax in conceding possession for the first goal.

At 1-1 it was unlikely Palace would hang on for the draw but even then the second and third goals were very poor ones to give up.

So a disappointing result with few positives other than to see Ebs return and of course his goal.

It's all about getting the points to stay up now. In the meantime Glasner will I'm sure be taking note of who is going to fit into his established way of playing. There's a few that aren't going to be up to it.

Glasner just had a very sound interview. He talks a lot of sense.

Glasner hit the nail on the head…the players fitness is lacking, hence we seem to run out of steam after 70mins.

It was a very astute post-match interview..fills me with more confidence

I have criticised him on HOL for his defending on numerous occasions and I would not be in a state of disappointment if he was sold in the summer.
I accept that he can spray long balls out to the flanks but his defensive qualities have been found wanting.

As a wise old sage has already said, he learnt more about his players today, than the Burnley game.

Glasner picking up on something that I and others have been saying since long time. Funny how it takes a no BS new man to point out the obvious.
