Imagine the Olise brothers and the Eze brothers in the same side! A commentator’s nightmare! Eze junior scored a cracker the other week. Looked just like his big brother!

At least the commentator can call one of them 'Ezer' and the other 'Ezi'. That's if they can tell them apart, cos they look and move very similar. Can't wait for Eze junior to step up.

What about a standing ovation for Olise in the 7th minute, for staying at our (better) club?.

Nice idea…accompanied by singing his song.

Olise is magic, he wears a magic hat
He's too good for the Chelsea and that's a f***ing fact
He takes a lovely free kick
And puts it on a plate
And when Chelsea come calling
He says no f***ing way

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

NewsNow has an Athletic article about the Olise drama which is something of an eye-opener. Have a look.

I haven't put a direct link to the article as I'm a subscriber and I shouldn't be putting their articles in the public domain., but here's a link to the NewsNow page.

From Twitter:

"The Olise release clause situation. Via
@TheAthleticFC

Chelsea were entitled to be aware of the clause but did not know about certain conditions governing its activation.
The clause was not one that could be triggered directly by another club. Instead, Olise’s contract stipulated it was the player’s responsibility to inform Parish of the interest and his intention to activate the clause.

In turn, Palace would need to tell Olise the total amount required — including additional payments — and he would relay that to Chelsea accordingly. In this case, the figure came to significantly more than £35million but this was the minimum net fee that Palace were guaranteed to receive.

Chelsea would then need to notify Palace of their readiness to pay up on behalf of Olise and the transaction could proceed. It is unknown whether this clause exists in Olise’s new contract."

I am not a bot. No, seriously, I'm not.

Sounds like a load of rubbish. A mystery release clause - like a lucky dip.

Looking at yesterday's result, Olise probably glad he decided to stay. Despite spending nearly £1 billion Chelsea are still a shambles.

I think it’s possible to replace your ‘despite’ there with ‘as a result of’ Inflikted, just as food for thought!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

This has to be crazy journalist, or crazy arrogant, Chelsea, or maybe both.
If true they obviously think they can’t be resisted. Wait two or three years and maybe they will get lucky, that’s if someone else doesn’t beat them to it, as the piece says he is keen on Spurs , Oh hang on a minute ain’t he signed a four year contract that says he is keen on Palace. And Chelsea just can’t suck it.

True, Boehly thinks he's playing FM in real life. Maybe as a result of Chelsea's shambles Sports Interactive will introduce a "chemistry/cohesion" factor in future games to make it so you can't just sign an entire new squad and expect them to instantly gel as a unit.
