Your being too harsh on yourself, the pass to Edouard was an assist to me

It was an unbelievable pass.

I always think its a bit unfair that a player doesn't get some sort of credit, for something that ultimately made a goal. Or is that a 'Key pass'?

Given Eze's deeper position I suspect he'll contribute in that way quite a bit this season. Better than the stats say he is.

I quite enjoyed that.

Eze had misplaced and overhit a few yesterday prior to it, so I thought this was another (from Glaziers Lounge view) and quietly huffed... moments before realising Edouard was in behind the defence The rest is history

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Our forwards are getting much of the plaudits but I can't get over just how good Doucoure is. To have only been in the league for 10 games and been as good as he has, is astonishing. He can only get better.

Yes he's picked up a few more yellows than we'd like, however, his tackling and timing is incredible. He covers so much ground and does the job of two players, shielding the defence. He is also composed on the ball and I think there is much more to come from him offensively, especially if we can get someone next to him that will allow him to get forward more often.

He really is an absolute Rolls Royce of a player and could well be our Kante.

Two highlights for me (apart fromt the goals of course) was Edouard's overhead kick, which was damn close, and Zaha staying on his feet pirouetting around at least 4 pairs of legs. That's the Wilf we like to see. Good to see the fire in his belly last night.

Totally agree and can’t believe some on here are doubting his PL quality. Give him some support of the same quality and he will thrive. God knows how we replace him against Everton

Talk about a game of two halves, well I was very thankful for my Prime membership at the final whistle.

But, why don't we come out all guns blazing from the kick-off? We could have had the game won by half time if we started play with that 2nd half passion and pace.

Wilf was excellent and has improved his mentality since PV arrived, although he still has his petulant moments and tends to go it alone a tad too much. A couple of years ago I would have been happy to see him go - not any more. Do we know why he changed his boots? I must say I preferred the second pair.

If you saw Zaha interview after game he talked of efficiency. You hold for the first half drain the opposition and then increase the rate in the second half against a fatigued team.

Obviously this is working on the whole... save the holding bit. Work that element better and we are rocking.

Could not agree more. Which makes his omission this weekend all the more serious.
