Important win. After dominating for the first 15 mins of the second half but not getting that all important 3rd goal we noticeably dropped deeper and got a bit nervy (I guess understandably with our ability to throw points away). Made us sweat until the last 5mins but well done Wilf with 2 great finishes. Really enjoyed the performances from Guehi, Mitchell and Hughes tonight... and Roy for getting Watford to sit back when 2-1 down- he's got one hell of a job to keep them up as they looked woeful. Great win. COYP

Most impartial journalists have Wilfred as our best player tonight. Its odd how some of our own fans go on like he's rubbish and doesn't deserve to start! No one said he is rubbish. Fans were getting sick of his antics and getting himself sent off for petulance and costing the team. Great to see him back and firing. Hopefully he keeps the toys in the pram Edited by The Heath Eagle (23 Feb 2022 10.00pm)

Think we have found our best back 4 now with Clyne in for Ward.

Saturday less of a pressure match which is just as well given Burnleys current form. Great result btw. I was completely wrong.

I Thought Mateta Had a Decent game, he may be just above average but he is the best we have at CF
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

Very important win in the context of the whole season. If we had lost tonight, Saturday would make everyone nervy. It will still be tough, but the mindset will be different. Our game management was good. Keeping possession and waiting for the opportunities, rather than attempting to force them. And we had some good breaks. The first goal took a big deflection and would have been saved without it. Going one down at that point would have meant a different game. Tonight our chances were taken. Someone has had a strong word with Wilf. Not only did he take his chances he didn't overplay things like he has been. Kept it simple and got his reward. There was some bite in midfield and hunger for the ball. They will go home happy and looking forward to a big welcome at Selhurst.

He was caught out a couple of times for pace and Gallaher had to race back and cover.I dont think theres a lot between him and Wardy. Still lets not pick holes in a great team performance and deserved win. Hopefully we are now back on track. Glad All Over.
