Personally I don’t think Ibe is a target for Palace. Could it happen? Yes. Do I think it will? No. Do I think people are being told it could happen? No.

We do not need Ibe (not good enough) or Fraser (attitude wrong/won't fit in). We have decent wide players, bring in Osayi Samuel ( I know my spelling is off..) and we are ok in the wide positions imho.
Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it.. |

Not sure where all this stuff about Fraser’s attitude had come from. I haven’t heard anything negative about him apart from him leaving at the end of his contract. Players have one career to earn as much as they can and achieve all they can. If he’d extended till the end of the season and broken his leg, would Bournemouth be offering to double his money and give him 50k a week now? Would another club offer him a deal? He made a decision to honour the contract he had signed and I think that’s totally understandable and unfortunate for Bournemouth.

Was keen on us getting Fraser so very disappointed it looks as though he's going to Newcastle. I mean, bloody hell, London to Scotland by plane is only an hour isn't it? Hardly like we're asking him to play in the Chinese Super League. Any chance of Buendia instead?
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold... |

Even if you are based at a London with so many games oop north it shouldn't be that hard to get permission from the club to visit your family after the game e.g. Saturday play at old Trafford report back for training on Monday.

There is a player a little closer to home whose attitude will probably help explain why he hasn’t achieved the move he wants or the money he wants. It strikes me that Fraser is not quite as good or as wanted as he thinks he is. Sound familiar?

If we can’t get Fraser on a free I wonder if there is still a chance to get Deulofeu??? I think he’s such a good player, just needs a system that helps with more consistent performances. If he performed to his top abilities every game, he’d be at a top club surely.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

He’s managed 30 games a season for the past two years running. Has he been injured recently?

Ryan Fraser is 26 so this is probably his last big move thus he is looking for the best deal he can get. I am sure we would all do that in his situation. The fact that he would not extend his contract with Bournemouth in my view is neither a negative or positive point and no indication of attitude or reliability. He had decided not to extend his contract and informed his former club a longtime before pandemic so why should he risk an injury that could stop him getting a new contract elsewhere.
