As a Gold Member you get Preference on tickets, you get a 10% discount in the club shop, you get exclusive free access to Palace TV. You dont get as many Parish Points as a ST holder tho.

Just got an email regarding ST refunds. How complicated do they want to make it? My e mail was especially confusing as they haven’t even got the number of ST’s I’ve got correct- looks like they’ve cut and pasted all wrong. Shambles.

The email they have just sent me is a diabolical disaster....number of season tickets (I purchased 2, one for me, one for my dad)incorrect in one part of the email and correct in another part. Then an explanation and number of calculations that are meaningless and unfathomable. Honestly its so confusing.....a complete disgrace.

First line says 2 then next line says I have 5 Have re read twice and am still none the wiser. Disgraceful.
