Never mind a shot, not even a corner. Fair point. With them suffering a big fightback in the last game needed to get at them but again another match where the oppo manager knew how we were going to set up. Get nice and relaxed in the 1st half.

A bad day at the office. We look tired, mentally and physically. The squad really needs more depth...

Considering the result is a defeat in the most abject manner, at home, playing turgid defensive football, why not set up from the off to play positively and attack?

If you were a quality attacking player - would you actually want to I don’t think Hodgson is a selling point from an attackers point of view.

So Derby and Colchester was not coincidence. We are non-League standard at times...

Can take a 0-2 to Citeh earlier in the season when we set up in tortoise formation and failed to muster a shot on target but have to say tonight has been a carbon copy and frankly a lot more disappointing as Soton aren't Citeh.

That was humiliating. Southampton completely dominated us. Can you imagine if a scout from a Champions League team was watching Zaha tonight? Proving why he's never going to make it big, just as he did the last time he let Ward-Prowse get the better of him. Summing up our embarrassing performance with his petulance.

Never mind a shot, not even a corner. No doubt this has been a s***ty performance but the 42 Southampton have conceded is a bit misleading in a way as nearly 25% of that game in one game against Leicester.

As bad as we have played I can’t help thinking the difference it would have made if Tosun had passed the ball into the net to put us in front.

Just breathe everyone. I know today was bad...but these same 11 (maybe 12-13) players have massively overachieved over the last couple of months. They will be absolutely wrecked. This performance was always on the cards sooner or later. They can't keep giving and giving forever. We have an insane injury crisis on our hands...and we felt it tonight. Forget about this one, move on and look forward to the squad getting back up to scratch with some reinforcements if possible.
