This is what's really stupid and the bit I really don't get. If the referee gives a penalty they look at it but if he doesn't they don't bother. Makes no sense.

That isn't how it works, goes both ways.

"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017.

Great result today , even when Sakho went off we never looked like conceding. Thought Bournemouth were absolute sh*t, passing the ball sideways across the back may up their possession stats, but it is f*cking boring to watch and got them no where.
The ref seemed to book one of ours every time he gave a foul, although I was right in front of Zaha when he went down in the box, looked like a well timed tackle to me. .
Kouyate looked a decent centre back and considering that our keeper had little to do all game, was a great save at the end.
Battling performance and a great result. Minimum 30 points by the start of January now please.

Great performance from everyone, including the crowd, great atmosphere for a cold Tuesday night. Bournemouth were awful, and we made them look even worse, not sure it was a red, definitely a yellow and I don't think it was a pen against Zaha although if that was Mane or Salah it would have been, But it doesn't matter because we were immense last night and that's why we support the Palace !

I'm glad that we pulled out of the deal to buy Solanke as he still hasn't scored for them

Just watching BBC1 Breakfast, showed all of Man City goals and about no lights on working in the dressing rooms, then came to report on our achievements last night with "Palace also won" absolute joke.

Immense display.

Kouyate was a beast. He was having a strong game in midfield, then was dominant at the back. My motm.

Kelly...wow. His stats this season are one goal conceded every 129 minutes on the pitch.

Tomkins calm and assured. Schlupp adds energy and carries a goal threat.

McArthur & Luka worked their bollocks off to shield the defence.

Wilf is getting his Wilf back.

Ayew was a complete pest...

Still buzzing. 5th in the table. Great.

None of that could have happened, though, without Roy's insistence that our defensive shape is perfect. It meant they all knew their jobs inside out.

Fair enough, but who's cooking their old mans dinner whilst they're out gallivanting ?

What a game!
Too much to praise really.
Whilst Bournemouth weren't much cop we had a lot to do with ten men and we did it well.
Red Card - having seen it on TV - yes - real time I didn't think so.
Taylor is a cock of a referee and Mr Inconsistency all through the evening.
Ayew still isn't what I want but he played very well last night and Kouyate - who I have always said is good - was immense - our man of the match.
Finally - Humble Pie where Roy is concerned - for now anyway - great tactics last night as well as against Burnley and Liverpool.
Not sure how many players we have left for Watford on Saturday but right now - who cares!

Yeah I noticed that too...well they are based in Manchester Hardly even handed reporting, but it's what I've come to expect from a lot of the media; we hardly seem to exist most of the time, beyond as a subscript.

One last point on Eddie Howe - he was close to tears afterwards.
Me thinks he feels he can't take Bournemouth any further and so I reckon he is off - maybe to have a rest rather than straight to another Club but his words were more like a farewell speech in my opinion!

What a great result. I’m a bit hungover as a result. Kouayte was MotM. PvA looked great before his injury but what a game from his replacement! Definitely The Answer!

Prorogue the season please. Especially as we seem to have an injury crisis!
