In the final analysis, our market is within certain financial parameters and the recruitment team have to work within them. Metaphorically speaking we cannot shop at Harrods like some teams so we are limited to the more modest outlets.

Tesco's is out of our price range - although we do have a couple of players getting paid their bonuses in clubcard points.
