The club doesn't seem to listen to anyone about anything anymore ... I don't eat or drink the offerings because they are expensive and very poor quality.
Don't buy anything but if you have to and it doesn't conform to basic food hygiene standards write to the council. It may be the only way to upgrade the catering and bars.

The vegetarian pie is quite possibly the worst thing I have ever eaten.

What's wrong with good old cheese and onion? I'd bet my ST on the fact that's because that's not vegan, while this lazy vile one size fits all dietary requirements option is. If I were vegan I'd rather just have the chips or the foil tray.

The ridiculous thing is there were rarely any cheese and onion pies left by half time last season and there are loads of these. I'd love to know how the tender process for catering works. Clearly a different provider every year, and the staff seem different everyone (while the bar staff seem to be the same). Probably on a 'trial shift' every week. Last year there was no way they even getting minimum wage some were so clueless, although ironically the food was so much better.

And of course while the Red and Blue bar has decent beers, the service is a joke. Against Newcastle they were still pouring the pre-ordered pints 5 minutes after HT by which time they had to change the barrels.

It's usually a different member of staff who takes the money for a pint and pours it. It's almost as if the teenage staff aren't legally allowed to do one or the other. It's so inefficient.

I'm not sure why the club wouldn't want to sell more food a drink so they should care. I don't think I've ever cooked for more than 2 people but I could arrange better.
