I have to agree that upskirting is probably wrong from a female perspective, especially when you 'accidently' drop a £10 note in front of them but what about 'downblousing'? Err I think you mean a macro lens, don’t you?

You may not like the Prime Minister, but the proposed ‘upskirting’ law is hardly a personal crusade of hers.

The MP who objected was on LBC this morning. He has a habit of doing this, his real issue is to do with Parliamentary procedure. To be honest he had a point but the way he is making it is hurting this bill and others(baby and bathwater spring to mind). The government has decided to pick this bill up now so it is no longer a Private Members Bill. The MP said this is actually good as very few PMB's actually make it into law so he had done Gina Martin a favour. Nick Ferrari pointed out he got lucky as he didn't know that the government would pick it up.

The PR fallout could be quite damaging as one of the guests on The Daily Politics today pointed out that whilst the majority of the Government and Opposition were in favour of the bill it was thrown out by an old Tory buffoon and even when the bill is eventually passed and made law it will still be remembered that it was held up by an elderly doddery Tory. One of the guests suggested that it shouldn't be called upskirting but should be referred to as Choping

Ignoring your weak self justifying waffle and heading to your last paragraph. If you are accurate then I don't defend this law as proposed until proper provisions are put in to protect the young and immature and sometimes autistic. I'm not trusting in judges.....who are continually showing themselves up as arbitrary in judgement. It would be like trusting you to get something right. I have no issues with punishments for sexual exploitation by adults. However, I'm against puritanical catch alls that can damage whole lives. Edited by Stirlingsays (17 Jun 2018 10.38pm) You are very liberal as ever with your personal insults. I take that as a sign. I think you will find laws always have a catch all element. Please feel free to be abusive again.
