Knows what he wants, who he wants and how to handle the strong personalities which was one of Pulis' and Allardyce's strengths. Had a bad feeling about de Boer from day one and has to be said he was an unmitigated disaster. Didn't fancy any of the foreigners to be honest but FDB least of all. He was deemed to be not a good fit.

He is not a miracle worker. We have got four or five good players. Not bad for 5 years money-laden work. Best Chairman we ever had!

So many mistakes it makes me weep, and I say this not in hindsight I said over 18 months ago this was going to happen. SP is not up to the job I'm sorry but it's the truth.

Wish Parish would see that himself. He is not cut out for this line of work. No shame in it, it’s just not what he is good at. If we stay up he will have gotten lucky once again, if we go down, he should finally understand that he is out of his depth as the chairman of a football club.

Especially if he is a senior shareholder. He can't just be sacked. The board have some serious issues to discuss.

The only person that can sack off Parish, is Parish. That’s why I hope he soon realizes that is exactly what this football club needs, and sooner rather than later.
