Parish strikes me as someone who is very loathed to admit he has actually made a mistake. For example we didnt sign a striker as he messed it up, not lack of money or something else. He waited way too late and then didnt have a plan B, simple. Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Sure, but why do we go year after year, transfer window after transfer window, man management of managers and managers and then more managers, and keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again? Because until now we've got away with it, even though it's cost fortunes on things such as Adebayor, Pardew's extension, pva or Schlupp or both and getting someone else earlier.....and now Frank and whatever fallout. But Sam leaving wasn't down to Parish. It was for personal reasons, he'd have gone whoever the chairman.

My understanding is that Cortese was Chairman.
The 'Director of Football' role was carried out by Les Reed although he wasn't given this title.
Les is still doing some excellent work at the club.

He met the objective of keeping us in the PL and then decided he would step down from club management.

I fear that sooner or later the wheels are going to fall off with Parish driving, even if he has put under soil heating in.
