We have got to give the guy a chance. He was brought in by Parish to change the way we play. he must realise that from what he has seen the new syatem does not suit the players we have. 4-3-3 and back to basics at Burnley please.

Out if we lose on Sunday. You do not play that badly at home to Huddersfield and Swansea. He inherited a team playing "ok"and has made them look terrible.

To think that I urged patience with all managers, even Pardew... I can't believe I am saying this but... OUT. Because I don't think FdB has the humility to try and understand what he is working with. Therefore, not a Palace man. * Although to be fair, he now has Sakho in the team. If we start to pull it around quickly I reserve the right to be wishy-washy and change my mind. The 'Mood music' is such that after 4 games FDB should be jettisoned if we suffer another defeat ? Some deem he should already have been sacked ! I accept it is a "Results Business" but are supporters really saying that FDB should go after 3 games on the back of an £8 Mill signing, 2 'Loan' players who are inexperienced in the PL and a player returning from injury who hasn't played since April ? Are supporters making their judgement as per above or are their other factors which they are considering ? Just asking to ascertain what is the prevailing mood. Edited by Willo (05 Sep 2017 10.53pm)

If we start 3/4/3 against Burnley and lose then out. If we play a 4/3/2 or whatever put in what is a recognised Palace performance score and actually see a glint of normality and cohesion in our team but lose narrowly then give him the Southampton game as last chance. If he ever mentions 3/4/3 again then out. Edited by kev64 (05 Sep 2017 10.57pm) Edited by kev64 (05 Sep 2017 10.57pm)

FdB needs to learn from mistakes at Inter. It's ok to have a football philosophy but you need to be able to change it up too. Or else you get binned off early doors. Again. For me, it's time for him to go. As someone else mentioned, he's turned a mid table team into a worse team. I feel his road to success is too long for us. Not his fault, but Parish's. Wrong man. Bin him now and get Hodgson in. Best chance for staying up.
