Think you'll find you're referring to most of the fans in Selhurst Park there Bexley.

Doesn't seem to want to be here. Not convinced he's any good yet. I never trust a keeper who punches. I suspect he's on a high salary. Get rid I say.

WH finished the season well but not sure he's the answer, should be kept as back up. Sell Mandanda and splash out on Hart or Begovic

I've always been a fan of Joe Hart but it looks like we're well off the pace for that signing.
However, how about Jasper Cillessen re-uniting with his old manager? Now that would be a signing.

I believe Begovic has signed for Bournemouth.

New manager new chance. I hope he kicks on in the same way I hope a lot of our fringe players do. I'd like to see Lee and Williams step up and really give the manager a headache for selection. For too long we have had a weak squad and a good 11. I'd be loathe to pay big bucks for a keeper when we need to improve a lot of areas quickly so I hope he kicks on.

Got injured and then Sam didn't want to change keeper no ? Can see why he'd keep Mandanda off the subs bench because it would raise questions. If FDB gives him a chance he may well thrive.

A 'friend' of mine told me a while back from 'Inside sources' on the 'Tv' that this is in fact the 'case'.

Thats what I thought. When he was fit again we were in the twilight of the season and Hennessey was doing okay?

Really want to see him do well

I don't understand why.?
He got injured, recovered and if goodenough in training surely Sam would have put him on the bench.?

I don't think it is fair to judge Mandanda as such.
He played in a Pardew team where the Boss didn't care about clean sheets.
To me, in the time I saw him, he looked better than Hennsessey and so if he returns I would play him behind a better defence where the team also (hopefully) know what they are doing.

Sam perhaps didn't like him. It happens a lot. Doesn't make a player a bad player though. See Mama Sakho as a prime example. New manager, new opportunity to prove his worth.
