If a person wants to refer to someone else as "scum" and have their reasons for it, then that's their opinion which they are perfectly entitled to.

if you want to see the sights of London in a relaxed (lazy) way, these Duck Tours are astoundingly good (so my mother tells me) see all the big sights in around an hour. The hotel is the biggie, though. Really want to hear about it. stains and all.
There will be a report of my weekend either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. Will add it to this thread.

When were you last in Croydon and London? If not for some time, then you will be amazed how progressive politics have transformed the formerly nasty, xenophobic areas. I'm in and out of London on a regular basis and down to watch the boys most home games, it's a different animal to the London I grew up in, even New Cross & Bermondsey have a quieter feeling about them.

But used within the context of a proper hate speech then it would.

Jaime is the man for legal matters. I suppose if you had gone off on one and turned it into a 'speech' peppered with more nastiness then 'yeah' of course that is illegal nowadays.
