Really really frustrating. Tactically we were pretty spot on, we were never going to be able to match Everton man for man. It's just bloody typical that the one player who was being marked well, all game, by Schlupp pops up to score when he's off injured. One of those games that we could've nicked or could've lost if Hennessy hadn't made a few decent saves. We need cover in fast, looking at the team we had out, there is basically no-one to cover some vital positions.

We looked better but tbh I don't think there's enough time left for us to turn this around, I hope I'm wrong. This is so depressing. We're just not getting the luck, what are they doing at Selhurst Park? Killing black cats and having walking under ladder competitions? A little smidgen of s*** going our way would be nice please, thank you very much.

Going to need a miracle, I think. Its a game of fine margins. We hit the bar, their keeper saved Dann's header, defensively we looked pretty solid, I know they hit the post and hennessey made saves galore, but, in the end Coleman runs through a channel where the injured Schlupp should have been, goal, game over. Fine margins.

Everton won that by bad sportsmanship, effectively cheating. Crowd in good voice. I feel bad at the moment, but we need to keep fighting on until we (perhaps) are mathematically down. In the transfer window I would be getting players like: Holyfield, Tyson (in defence), Bruno (up front because he went down really easy), and a few Special Forces in midfield. Keep up the fight
I disengage, I turn the page. |

We had two attempts at goal and only one on target. You don't have to look far to see why we lost. We looked like the away team even with some positive performances.

If anyone thinks performances like that are what is required to stay in the Premiership then they need their head examining. Overly optimistic comments are just as annoying as overly pessimistic ones. Currently this, I would say, is a mid to high table Championship side level of performance. Palace are exactly where they deserve in the table on their performance levels. Zaha is the stand out and thanks to Palace old boy stupidly ignoring him in his first squads he's in Africa while we continue to throw away points.

We need a tricky winger who can get past the fullback and cross it. One that often goes past people in the box and gets tripped up, earning a penalty on occasion. Maybe a young player who has come up through the youth team but is in no danger of getting picked for England as he's too skilful

I agree with lack of movement from Parish this is a pattern now he clearly is terrible when it comes to this transfer stuff need some one in to do these dealings. I think we would of held out if it wasn't for Schupp being down that really opened a hole in defence which Everton exploited plus lets not forget we could of been given two pens which again didn't get either.

Didn't deserve to win, didn't deserve to lose either. Complaining about Shlupp, not going to work. BFS didn't react quick enough & Everton took their chance. Give the kids their chance next week against Citeh & work on our so called 1st team squad before our next game. Bottom 3...its where we deserve to be & have been for a long, long time. Will ST's be cheaper when we're finally relegated? PTID
