Leicester fan here, not taking the piss, but thanks very much for taking Jeff off our hands. We've mugged you off big time if £12 million is the correct figure. Get used to having a 'professional' footballer looking bemused about being on a football pitch. Easily the most infuriating player I have ever seen for us. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Hardly a good sign when his previous supporters are all knocking each other off over this £12Mil news. Maybe we need to send Damien to have a word with Brady before all 'Is' and 'Ts' are dotted and dashed.

He won young player of the year by default by being the only young player in the first team that was eligible. He was also a bit part player when we won the league. He started the season and got dropped after a spanking as we were conceding far too many. It was only after he and De Laet got dropped did we really go on hot form as we could stop goals going in.

the thing that gets me about this one is that he isnt really a left back is he.. hes barely played a season at left back to my knowledge. I know its the done thing to convert wingers to full backs these days but 12 mill seems a bit steep

I get why, we signed a premier league winning first 11 for about £15m. But it's just not the norm, it's a total freak. The norm now for raw players and someone with a decent season in the championship probably starts at £10m. It takes some getting used to. We're paying £30m for players who struggle to trap a ball.

I'm baffled at your managers comments about tightening up the defence... with Jeff that could take some time. He's no horror show, just prone to lapses in concentration.
