If he got the job (if and when it became available) and got us up to mid table, you'd like him soon enough. We are playing too well to go down. Once the mistakes either stop or reduce (as they surely will), the points will accrue. And yet still only 5 wins in 33, how many teams have thought they were to good to go down, Leeds, Man city, Man United, Newcastle, Forrest. All much bigger clubs than us at the time they were relegated, and yet you think us to good to go down ? did you watch the West Ham Game ? or the first half against Burnley ? We are not playing "too well" to go down, in fact, if we continue with our current point swerving form we will be down by the end of Mar 2017.
