So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

Apparently turned palace and another London club down to join Newcastle? So who's telling little white lies?

Rumor has it we are in talks with Newcastle over a potential move.

Not really sure how I feel about this!

Before he went to Newcastle I would have been tempted... But he looked like he couldn't be bothered at Newcastle. Plus on 80k that's a toxic combination sure to unsettle the rest of the squad.

Mason and Bentaleb get my vote

He's a 1 in 5 player, far too inconsistent. No thanks.

Shelvey is at a personal crossroads with his game as it is unlikely that Newcastle will hold onto most expensive players. Shelley is definitely Premiership standard when fully on his game, however I agree that he was too inconsistent last year. I'd give him a crack at Palace but on reduced salary and on the basis that when he. like anybody else, steps into CPFC, that they play with 100% conviction. He can turn around his career but it starts with himself.
