Those who do not declare honestly what they know will then be seen to withholding information, or even abetting.** Those who truly think the above scenario is not possible or likely need to look back at sport in general and soccer in particular. I'm no lawyer but I seem to recall that there's a rule in the prem saying no club can take another to court, or take any legal action over anything. A dispute would go to the league or, in the worst case, to the court of arbitration in sport. Otherwise everyone would be taking each other to court every five minutes over some sh*t or other. I could be completely wrong but this is what I think is the case. Happy to be corrected if anyone knows better. "You can feel the stadium jumping. I'm no lawyer but I seem to recall that there's a rule in the prem saying no club can take another to court, or take any legal action over anything. A dispute would go to the league or, in the worst case, to the court of arbitration in sport. Otherwise everyone would be taking each other to court every five minutes over some sh*t or other.

I could be completely wrong but this is what I think is the case. Happy to be corrected if anyone knows better.
