What a ghastly, snivelling little sneak he is.

Indeed. If we were all back at school he'd have been bogwashed for that.

He'd be getting compasses in his ass all through double French.

Or Double French in is ass ????

Yes they will be construed as criminal acts. Like cricketers paying for weather reports. This is because betting may be involved or something that may influence the outcome of a sporting event. See what is happening all over the sporting world to get this fact. If any club are seen to breach the rules in any way, it can be seen as criminal. Of course common law will not be infringed as this is not statuary and often involves civil law, making it a case for only NGOs to enforce within their remit.

Once again, HE DID NOT GO TO THE AUTHORITIES the sad little s*** went running off to OGS. Not the same thing.

It doesn't matter who DF went to Gogh, the fact is he reported it somewhere. so the ends the same. Understand now?

Bollox. If he didn't report it to the league, he should have escalated it within Bolton.

telling a 'mate' or anyone else for that matter is not "Reporting" it.

Telling anyone is divulging the facts, no matter who it is you are telling. The idea is to prevent cover-ups. When this goes further the likes of SE25 and the rest will get it. If the league make a ruling that neither party or either party agrees with they can take the league to court over the decision if they believe it transvenes any law, Now my bet is Tan will take this to court once the league decides Palace have no case to answer. After all, Tan is proving that desperate. Then anyone who is known to be involved will be asked to tell all. Those who do not declare honestly what they know will then be seen to withholding information, or even abetting. Those who truly think the above scenario is not possible or likely need to look back at sport in general and soccer in particular. Hopefully I hope this puts my side to this to rest and I pray nothing of what I've said, occurs.

That's the word, aiding and abetting, not perverting the course of justice. Almost like when someone witnesses a car crash. It is against the law to not report it if the incident has been witnessed no? Just hope this doesn't get further in the courts which could culminate in any points deductions.

That's the word, aiding and abetting. Three words when none would suffice. Beggars belief.

In reference to his one word of abetting. Pedantry at it's finest. Top trolling.

I'm no lawyer but I seem to recall that there's a rule in the prem saying no club can take another to court, or take any legal action over anything. A dispute would go to the league or, in the worst case, to the court of arbitration in sport. Otherwise everyone would be taking each other to court every five minutes over some sh*t or other.

I could be completely wrong but this is what I think is the case. Happy to be corrected if anyone knows better.

Not clubs suing clubs or the FA, that's not permitted. Individuals suing clubs and eachother, that's where this may be heading. Nothing the league can do about that.

Right, but there's nothing any of them can do about deducting points or voiding games, that's for the league to decide. Nothing about any of this can affect our standing in the league - there's no precedent for that and I'm confident this won't lead to one.

Tan can spit his dummy as much as he likes but it'll have sweet FA to do with whether Cardiff or us stay in this league or not.

Yes contravenes, Bexley. Grammar out of the way, your views on whether you think, really believe, Tan is a sane man who will not go a step further to try to make his point. Some on this site seem to think this is rubbish and tan isn't that sort. I don't mind that as long as they can put forward a reasoned argument. Some are finding it hard. Pity, great site.

If that Malaysian meglomaniac decides to take some form of action in the courts, against any decision the EPL may make on his complaint, it will be between him and the EPL. No one (Freedman, Moody, Pulis, CPFC2010 or anyone else) can be charged with perverting the course of justice (in its many forms) relating to anything that happened before the commencement of a police investigation, charges being bought or the commencement of a court case. That's my last word on the subject as I'm already repeating what I've already said perfectly clearly.

Dave, I have a court case coming up can you represent?

In a past life I have presented many cases for my employer at the County Court, Employment Tribunals and pension scheme medical appeals and have also represented many individuals at disciplinary hearings (with my trades union hat on). I've spent a lot of time, in the past, working with both lawyers and doctors and you pick stuff up. Good luck with the court case

I thought you was giving me your résumé. I thought you was on board for a minute, until i read the last sentence and realised i was again alone in my plight.
I shall resume my fight and get that congestion charge rescinded

Do a search in Freedman Cardiff - his name is all over the place.
It's a case for libel if untrue - yet , he says nothing.
He got caught grassing and his few remaining fans here can't bear the thought and are in serious denial .
