Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

The City has held it's right to an automomous state since before Parliament was formed and even prior to Magna Carta - it was William the Conqueror who originally gave it the right to exist, and it has grown and extended it's rights from Kings and Parliament ever since. Wrong! The City has held it's right to an automomous state since before Parliament was formed and even prior to Magna Carta - it was William the Conqueror who originally gave it the right to exist, and it has grown and extended it's rights from Kings and Parliament ever since.

A stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell give some indication of expected traffic numbers
