I have no idea if these claims are true but especially worrying is not being able to observe.

I have worked on counts in the UK when the ballot boxes arrive and are accepted and opened and then counted this is in full view of all of the parties representatives. Then when we counted them they are looking over your shoulder and are inches away if they want to be. If that really is not happening then that is inexcusable.

Even if there is no voter fraud going on "Caesar's wife has to be above suspicion"
