Obviously, Khashoggi was one, and they recently denounced a couple of death sentences (for incapacitated/ minors I believe). Some individual (twenty?) Saudi's have been sanctioned for abuses - presumably linked to Russia. I haven't looked into it.
On one hand the government denounces, yet sells arms from the other hand. I'm not denouncing the arms trade - I see it as a grim reality. The hypocrisy is worth highlighting, however. The true policy with the Arabs is lick up and take the wad. One only has to look at a World Cup in Qatar to see the world is the same for most. I can't get over how blatant the corruption is. We wouldn't need Morse with his real ale: Lewis could solve this case over a lager and lime.

The incompetence was getting caught geting a blowy without locking the door, and stopping a story coming out that didn"t include oral sex anyway-making it a bigger story!Its also why he didn"t want to make to big a fuss when the ex health secretary resigned for kissing in his office!
