Yeah bringing grooming gangs to the msm is shocking behaviour. I guess someone like you would sweep it under the carpet and cover it up!! Let's hope if you have kids it don't happen to them! These c***s should be known. How many now have been prosecuted? Another weird argument. You seem to think that people that think Tommy is a massive prick (he is) seem to support grooming gangs. It’s absolutely abhorrent and they should rot in jail for as long as possible. Tommy almost stopped this happening in this trial. They had been caught. The system was working. They could have walked free by his attention seeking actions playing to his crowd. The British legal system is something to be proud of, and there’s a reason many nations across the globe have used it as a template for their own. The laws regarding contempt of court and bringing a trial into disrepute is nothing new. He was already on a suspended sentence, he should have known better. For someone with the criminal record he has he was always going to get another jail sentence. Stop trying to make him out as some sort of hero. He’s an opportunist who plays to the crowd and cries every time he gets caught breaking the laws of this land.

You lot making him out to be some sort of martyr is full on hilarious. He’s just a nuisance who doesn’t understand how the law works who preys on the fears of fellow thick people to make a quick few quid. Still laughing at ‘journalist’. Are you saying the response of the State to systematic organised pakistani rape gangs was appropriate ? I feel sorry for you

It was on the day of sentencing they were already found guilty of the disgusting behaviour! I'm not making him out as a hero! The people who should be in jail are the police and the people who ignored and didn't act on this crime when first reported

The trial could have collapsed. It's not that difficult to understand is it? The cipfa exams cover business law ? But clearly not the subtleties of journo law. Tommy is the first journo since 1940 to get done. The term stitch up is correct in this context. Eh Dan ?

The trial could have collapsed. It's not that difficult to understand is it? They were up for sentencing they were already found guilty! Tell me how that would colapse. If done prior to the verdict understand but the live stream he was arrested for originally was on the day of the sentence!

Please stop calling him a journalist, there's only so much laughing I can do in one day. Also, I'm CTA qualified but nice try. Edited by DanH (12 Jul 2019 11.06am)
