I was more referring to people such as the owners of the Telegraph, the Barclay brothers who also own the Ritz, spreading anti eu propaganda as they benefit from it, somehow they are the voice of the working class. And dubious social media stories have been proven to have come from Russia. That penny will never drop with some, spread some lies and exaggerations about immigration, tap into their nationalism, then they're in your pocket. Then it's just a case of who will see through it and those that stick to their guns, maybe they're comfortable with the con Yawn.

Makes for interesting reading Good article, this explains why the Electoral Commission is against more than 2 options on the ballot paper. If we had 3 questions I suspect the law suits would be flying in from the losing side. If you are going to have a referendum it has to be binary.

If you are going to have a referendum it has to be binary. Funny how, whenever I've asked Remainers what the question should be were there to be a "people's vote" (of which we had one in 2016), apart from there being no apparent consensus, none of the suggestions I saw involved actually implementing the result of the first one. If such a vote were to happen and to be binary (as it must), what should the wording on the ballot paper actually be?

And this from a committed remainer.

1. The EU is broke. Which part of this is difficult to understand? Brexit isn't, and never has been, the problem. It's nothing more than a diversion from the real facts of life, wealth confiscation. We are all poorer now than we were 20yrs+ ago.

The EU may well be broke according to your definition of what works and what doesn't but what pray is the connection with your 2nd point?
