No footage of Farage using that word in a speech and the best references to it I can find only 'allege' that he ever said it. It looks like it was Alan Sked, whom Farage displaced as UKIP leader, who first put the story about. So they brand him a racist because he disagrees with their worldview. It's more to do with their political inarticulance than any actual truth.
