Todays second download is a first by this artist as a solo performer that I've posted, although I've posted his playing while he was in the band Brinsley Schwarz. He is Ian Gomm and he played rhythm guitar in BS before they folded. He started a recording studio in Wales and recorded sessions with bands like The Stranglers, Alexis Korner.. He has released a few solo albums and toured as support to Dire Straits on the "Sultans Of Swing" tour where this boot was recorded... This boot is in superb quality and was broadcast on FM radio... if you like Brinsleys type of pub rock... this is thoroughly recommended..... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Old Waldorf, San Francisco, CA 21.11.79 - Ian Gomm (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. It Don't Help Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 126MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! Edited by staffie (28 Jan 2011 4.37am) Attachment: Ian Gomm - Old Waldorf San Fran 79.jpg (104.69Kb)

Todays extra download is a set by The Buzzcocks that was recorded at The Temple, San Fran in 1979. This is in superb quality - although the band had some mike problems at the start - I've only got one other bootleg by this band and that was recorded on the same tour in New York. If you like the Buzzcocks grab this one, decent boots by them seem to be pretty scarce.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at The Temple, San Francisco, California, 15.12.79 - The Buzzcocks (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01-I Don't Mind Encore: Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 89.5MB The Line-up : Back Cover : [Link] Enjoy! Todays first download is a set by Split Enz which was recorded for the Sound Relief Benefit Concert in Melbourne, Australia in March 2009. This is in superb quality and was broadcast on JJJ-FM radio. Split Enz were the first band that featured Tim and Neil Finn - who later formed Crowded House - and the Finn brothers and Crowded House play the final track on the boot "Don't Dream It's Over". This is thoroughly recommended..... Here is a download link I found for :- The Sound Relief Benefit Concert, MCG, Melbourne, Australia 14.3.09 - Split Enz (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Split Enz Crowded House Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 92.7MB (Including Tracklisting) Enjoy! Great call on this one staffie - seen Neil Finn as a solo act & with Crowded House. He is a very under-rated song writer and musician.

Todays first download is a set by Nazareth that was recorded at the BBC in London 1973/4. This bootleg is in superb quality and is a wicked set by the band. I've posted a few bootlegs by Nazareth over the years - this is another really good one and a boot that I hadnt seen before. If you like Nazareth then grab this one... it's thoroughly recommended.... I will be posting some more Nazareth over the next few weeks.... Here is a download link I found for :- The Lost BBC Tapes - Recorded Live By The BBC 1973/74 - Nazareth (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01.Intro Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 100MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) The Line-up : Enjoy! Todays second download is by Renaissance live at De Lane Lea Studios in London 1973. This is in superb quality and is a great boot. Renaissance are joined by special guests Andy Powell (Wishbone Ash) and Al Stewart on Ashes Are Burning. Renaissance are a top band and lead singer Annie Haslam is one of my favourite female vocalists - she has a great voice.. If you like this band then you will want this one - it's top notch and thoroughly recommended...... Todays extra download is a set by Robert Palmer which was recorded at the BBC studios London in 1976. This is in superb quality and is a wicked but short set. He finishes with a crackin' version of the classic "Sneakin' Sally Through The Alley"... this is thoroughly recommended - a great set.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at BBC London Studios, 14.4.76 - Robert Palmer (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01.
