That is just the imaginings of a those who thrive on a diet of conspiracy theories and watch too many fanciful doom-laden movies.

The way language is being manipulated is far more than simple ‘evolution’. It is a deliberate attempt to remove or change the meaning of words, phrases and concepts that do not conform to woke agendas. Orwell foresaw it all with Newspeak in ‘1984’. It is not a conpiracy theory, it is there before our eyes to see.

Again my main phd was in nutrition and doctors know nothing of this subject yet preach as if they do specialists in the field of treating heart disease etc are the same. Not even 1% of them has even heard of the Randle Cycle this just sums up their lack of knowledge diabetes specialists are one of the worst why because they are just like the other poster they follow what they are told. Read the studies not what the likes of the WHO are claiming if you do this you will soon see the small parts which they like to quote are not even valid. This is why I left I had enough of working for the highest bidder who has no interest in helping people or the truth but making profit which is what this whole covid has been about.

Well, I have to say you are just too good for me at this social media lark. Gosh, if only I read peer reviewed research from major British publications. Please feel free to give me pointers to good articles. I would love to read each of your theses too. You show me yours and I’ll show you mine.

It is not a conpiracy theory, it is there before our eyes to see. Deliberate attempts to do anything require an organised group of the like-minded. In this case they would need to be in control of every significant influencer of the use of language, written and spoken. It's just not credible. Yours is the view of the believer in conspiracy theories, for which this is a very good example. 1984 is undoubtedly a worthy novel, but its circumstances are not with us. We don't live in a totalitarian state, much though some want to believe we do.

There are plenty of like minded people in the establishment, in the media, in many pressure groups and even on football supporter forums. Of course it is credible, as Orwell said: "To see what is in front of one's nose requires constant struggle."

We literally live in a time where vaccine passports have been voted in...something called a conspiracy theory a year or so ago.

They have to be organised too, and there's no evidence of any co-ordination.

This is a basic illustration of how real power is structured in the west....though personally I'd have the policy propagandists as a wing of the policy makers and/or political establishments depending upon the specifics. I don't recall anyone describing "vaccine passports", or more accurately vaccine certification, as a conspiracy theory! I rather think that assertion is a conspiracy theory itself. Some, myself included, have been arguing for some kind of simple way to verify status for a long time, so it was never a conspiracy. It was a debate with some opposed, and some in favour. The government made some contradictory noises, that's certainly true, but their muddled attitude on everything explains that.
