sorry but memory a little fuzzy due to alcohol intake prior to game so if anyone can help out.....here goes, Holmesdale end,Goldberg/Venables era,it involved Sasa Curcic,Matt Jansen and The Great Lombo. we were given a free kick, left of centre, just outside 18 yard box. anyway,3 afforementioned players,2 of which were argueing about who woz gonna take free-kick,this took the attention of the away teams(can't remember who we were playing)defenders and a few of the home support shouting "sort it out" and "get on with it",when up stepped the 3rd Palace player, put the ball down, ref blew whistle,he then ran between the 2 argueing players and put the ball into the back of the net. all said players then cogratulated each other on a well executed plan......hope i didn't dream this.

Was it Sasa's freekick against Wolves?

Watson vs Swansea (Home) (2008-09) Cracking Free Kick right in front of the Holmesdale

Ambrose Vs Sheff Wed (Away) (2009-10) No need to explain really is there?

Carle vs Sheff Utd (Away) (2008-09) 94th Minute Equaliser which gave me a very Merry Xmas!

Lawrence vs Sheff Wed (Away) (2008-09) Another last gasp equaliser after freezing my arse off in a really s***ty game in the snow

AJ Vs Them (2006-07) (Home) The Goal that sealed his Hat Trick and helped propel him to Leg-end status

Kuqi Vs Forest (2008-09) (Away) After his "Gesture" coming off the bench to score a fantastic chip to seal 3 points for palace

Ahhhhh Memories.....

Carl Fletcher v Hull at Selhurst January 07. Macanuff cut the ball back and he smashed it into the roof of the net from 25 yards.

One that always sticks out for me is a Dougie Freedman volley at home to Sunderland. I think it was the 03/04 season. Unbelievable tekkers! Also, Dougie's goal at Stockport was pretty special. There's Granville's free kick against Millwall, and quite a few AJ and Ambrose goals to choose from.

"I have come to love this club and still I am in love with this club" - Dougie Freedman, Palace legend.

"FOR F*CK SAKE MURRAY!"

30/11/11 I was there!

Does anyone remember Bright's screamer (sort of a cross between a lob and a shot) from almost the half-way line. The goalie was hardly off his line - it was perfectly placed - away at Stoke I think?

Then there was Wright in the playoffs against Blackburn when he chased the ball down in the corner, kicked it back to himself and ended up scoring.

And Wright again when he was brought down in the box ridiculously but nothing was given (as always happens to us) and he just kicked it into the net whilst everyone was still rolling around. That was the funniest ever anyway.

I am not actually a boy. 111 is also not my favourite number.

For ferocity of shot Dean Gordon's left foot screamer against Derby (I think).

Wright's 1st in the Cup Final was special.

I seem to remember a good goal scored by Alan Irvine where he dribbled from around the half way line scored in front of the Holmesdale (anyone remember that?)Can't recall who it was against though.

Wright's lob at Wimbledon

Wright's chip against Chelsea

Southgate's run & shot against Portsmouth (& Armstrong's diving header in the same game)

You'd have to say that Ambrose's free kick last season is right up there as well.

We've gotta protect our phoney baloney jobs.
