I was originally training to be an actuary. Something where maths is quite important. In daily life you still cannot buy anything with £0! If my tenants paid me in multiples of £0 I would have to sell my properties. That 0 isn’t something was the only point of my comment. Not that it isn’t important in mathematical calculations or to receive a lecture on them.

I see that there are some disgraceful posts on here suggesting that the police adopted a "softly softly approach" to the mass abuse of children by organised muslim rape-gang, whose exploits had been repeatedly reported to them by parents and social workers. How many rapes were they prepared to allow before they would take action? There were of course thousands of cases that they could have investigated, had they the will to act. They have admitted that they were afraid of being seen as racist if they took action.

There was at the time, but things have moved on. This, from 2013, indicates the complexity but also the serious study that was being made then:- This describes the policy of disruption, used because of the difficulties that were faced in gathering evidence:- This provides insights into where the failings were, how they occurred, how they were recognised and what has been done to correct them:- This describes the revised strategy:- This, published 4 days ago, describes the results:-

I obviously don’t speak for the police and haven’t seen their response to this but I doubt that they would deny it. I suspect they would admit that whilst there has been progress there is much still to be done, especially when resources are so stretched. This makes it very easy for campaigners to throw mud around.

And yet they have sufficient resources to investigate on-line hate crimes.

And yet they have sufficient resources to investigate on-line hate crimes. As well as engaging with the 'ethnic minorities' (thought the indigenous people were), by being recruited for said purposes.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

For the benefit of my blood pressure I'll leave this matter to the capable hands of those currently responding to this individual.

There really is no limit to the number of children raped, terrorist attacks, 'honour' killings, genital mutilation, harassment of Jews, attacks on authors and teachers, before the Left will even admit that there might just might be a problem or two.

And yet they have sufficient resources to investigate on-line hate crimes. I suspect the resources needed for both are not interchangeable. One demands a lot of man power whilst the other a lot of computer surveillance, done electronically.
