If we had taken our chances we would have easily won today. Sadly we made substitutions again today which made us weaker. Even some of our first 11 aren’t good enough but when you have a bench like ours at 1:0 today we are in trouble. Can you imagine Townsend coming on for us. We had no one like him and we got our comeuppance :-(

I have. So you don't think we can get anything from Bournemouth , Forest, West Ham or Wolves ? nNot to mention an average Moan U ? But Luton are nailed on to beat the same sides plus Brentford and Everton?

slit your wrists now mate.

Time will tell but form does not favour us!

Luton will struggle to put a side out the rest of season. They have loads of injury concerns.Think Bournemouth will beat them and we will pick up enough points to survive .We are definitely playing better and on another day would have won convincingly. But certain players don't fit the system and OG will replace them in the summer.

It’s not easy to find something positive but I suppose OG will be learning more about this group of players. We have some we need to get rid of in the summer if anyone will have them , and we need to keep our best players if we’re not to experience Groundhog Day again next seaso.

The stats are 21 shots with 4 on target vs 8 shots with 2 on target. You are playing a makeshift Luton team and instead of blowing them out of sight you concede a goal six minutes into injury time.Glasner has a lot of work to do and our patience is sure to be stretched until the end of the campaign.(Just a thought, could Ozoh have been useful today in some capacity?)

but it Hurt Luton even more. They already require snookers. They can draw every game from now on......and still get relegated.

we can draw every game, and survive.

Is the correct answer..!!

Calm down everyone - a draw is a much better result for us than it is for Luton..!!

Yes I agree it feels like a loss ATM - and yes we should have won given the chances we had..!!

But today only reaffirmed what we already knew - we have no depth, magnified by our current injuries..!!

Mitchell is getting worse by the game and Hughes is one of the worst players I have seen in a Palace shirt - absolute waste of space...!!

But and there’s always a but we are now 8 points clear of the relegation spaces - that’s probably good enough - especially given that both Everton and Forest are going to get docked points..!!

But and another but - depth in the squad needs addressing - we need a LWB desperately - then just ship out some of this mediocre rubbish starting with Hughes..!!

Since Glasner arrived our performances have been getting better, have faith.

1) Subbing off Ayew and Wharton cost us dearly. Their ability to hold the ball (and Ayew's ability to draw time-killing fouls) would have made the difference. Hughes was useful when he played regularly, but lately he has been a liability.

2) Why were there 6 minutes of added time in the 2nd half? I don't recall any significant stoppages.

3) Referee was generally balanced, but he overlooked 2-3 fouls in the final minute. He also allowed excessive shirt-pulling (both sides)throughout the match. His foul call on Ayew's scoring chance was absurd, though from his angle it might have appeared "logical."

4) We missed at least 5 easy chances, Luton only 1 or 2.

5) I may be in the minority, but I have no criticism of Mitchell's game. And I think he suits the new position well. For those who marvel that he earned a spot in the England squad, as I recall he was leading the Premier League in number of 1 v 1 wins at the time.

6) Wharton and Munoz were brilliant signings. Well done, all!

7) Although Johnstone is clearly better than Henderson, I doubt Sam would have won any of the games we lost w/ Henderson. But Henderson could have cost us the game today, if he'd been in goal.

Set pieces look much better on both ends. What a relief.

I’m any instance, he can’t be a worse option than Hughes. Hughes looks completely redundant now as he lacks even the most basic athleticism to move him around the pitch sufficiently. This leaves a gap in our team where someone in his position would need to cover and he’s incapable of doing so. You simply can’t play at this level and be virtually incapable of moving quicker than a pensioner.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Lazy defending from Eze, sticking a leg out rather than closing Townsend down. May not have got the angle he did on the cross if he had been under pressure from Eze.

In my day, a Selfie was what you had when the wife didn't put out.
