As above, feel free to not comment in that case. Given I've never expressed anything close to that view, it doesn't say anything about me. You didn't need to. We all know it.

Anyone who supports the demise of GB News is against freedom of expression for politics they oppose. I suspect the problems GB News have aren't a product of viewing figures but of the same attacks networks like Fox or X suffer. We aren't living in a free society...the west's founding liberties have been subverted by the social liberals....the new puritans who quite frankly are a corruption of their founding ideals. ESG scores and the sheer fact that advertising departments of companies are full of left wingers mean that companies like GB News get boycotted. There is a call for a media outlet like GB News and if it falls I think the left are going to find out that it isn't the victory they think it is. They are the authoritarians.

Companies like GB News get boycotted by advertisers because they’re unprofessional and people don’t want to affiliate themselves with that (see Andrew Neil). I’m constantly hearing that they’re simply putting out content that ‘the majority’ support - if that were the case, advertisers would be breaking their necks to get involved and advertise to their massive audience. The reality is, the audience for the stuff they put out isn’t half as large as people want to believe, and clearly companies advertising departments decide it’s not worth getting involved. They’ve fallen foul of regulators, audiences, presenters and are running at a massive loss - they’ve only made it this far due to hedge fund backers - why do they have a divine right to succeed as a business? Because you like their message? What’s the alternative here? They get guaranteed money for existing? Advertisers are mandated to advertise with certain companies? I don’t get what you’re asking for. Private corporations can advertise where and however they see fit. If that isn’t GB News, that’s a problem for GB News to solve, not anyone else.

Your new obsession. Bless. Just let the grown-ups talk. Yet another example that you lack the capacity to engage in more than one-liners. I pointed this out to you about a month ago now. Really weak.

I'd say most people preferred Thunderbirds to Joe 90. I liked Captain Scarlet.

Basically the common link to certain posters not wanting a debate is that it is 3 right wing posters. An obvious left wing trope. If you can’t debate then shut it down. GB news the obvious example with the joy the young poster is getting from its potential demise. The poster will get theirs when the left empty their bank account to help others. Then the penny will drop!
