In even more simpler terms, what it has represented from my position is a political stance being blown hither and tither by whichever direction they surmise the wind is blowing, making a mockery of any core ideological bent and leaving the proverbial excrement show playing out on the streets and within the wallets of the majority. Whilst I am scathing of this, it looks as though the typically more 'left', alternative option, are also doing this in symmetrically concerning fashion. This will pave the way for further pockets of extreme and radical ideology to emerge and surge as two equally incompetent parties jostle for the seat as the least incompetent option. Very grim prophecy from me. I guess it's only my lack of real grip on this which may mitigate any genuine concern... I certainly hope I am wrong in any instance, but I do worry.

He gleefully told me he chose Ireland because he got more money and didn't have to prove he was looking for work every 2 weeks. So he was unemployed in Ireland whist telling me this in a pub in Lewisham and he wasn't here for a quick holiday more like for months on end.

Then get extra by saying you suffer from anxiety or depression and voila - the taxpayer pays for the rest of your life. Not a care in the world. You've got maybe 100 spending money a week. Particularly as he mentioned 'the rise of populism in Western Culture'. Whatever bent he has in studying this, it would be relevant to me as I also believe this to be the case and would suggest that is where at lot of your grievances would lie too judging from reading of your own posts. It's also the reason why I have struggled to see the purpose in really voting anymore. The two main parties wear different coloured ties, which happen to be the two colours of my football club, so nothing to really choose between them.
