I am wondering the same. No notification of him being injured. A bit worrying if he is not considered to even warrant a place on the bench.

I read in the Athletic that Roy has only included experienced players on the bench apart from the rookie Keeper (he has to have either Goodman or Whitworth in) at present. I believe Matt Woosnam ascertained this from Roy during the second part of the Press conference, the part that doesn't get broadcast.

I suspect that once Roy is satisfied we are safe he may look to give Ahamada some minutes.

Funnily enough, I was looking at goal difference last night (sad, I know!). I noticed that our GD is better than all the teams below us and worse than all the teams above us. I briefly wondered how common that was, then noticed that the same applies to the 5 teams above us (so fairly common!).

I would normally end by repeating my mantra that GD is actually far less important (other than an indicator of how well a team is doing) than people always seem to think. Then I noticed that 17th and 18th places are, in fact, currently separated by GD. These are currently the only 2 teams in the league on the same points total.
