BBC saying that our 20 shots was the highest number in the first half by a Premier League side since 2015. Remarkable.

Are there anymore records, we could break this season?

So just how bad is Viera? Roy has come in, organised us and hey presto, We've won ! Schlupp looked like a player transformed and Eze was magnificent, but also Anderson and Guehi seemed to understand where they needed to be ! also Mitchell who was prepared
to attack

Thanks Roy

Thing is, his Vieira had a similar revitalisation after Roy!

It seems only fair, given the lack of investment in his final few years, that Roy gets a go with Guéhi, Olise, Anderson and friends.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Love to know from the players' perspective whether Roy gave them something new to think about.

Were Mitchell, Eze and Andersen rejuvenated by Roy, or were they simply rested and recovered? Did the armband mean something special to Wilf? What inspired Olise to play his best game in months?

Or was it all the result of a two-week break, tireless fan support, and a generous, depressed opponent?

Same here. I just kept saying 'Please don't be offside' over and over for about a minute following it. A great win and a great performance. I wasn't sure about having Roy back but I was obviously wrong.

Where did that finish from Mateta come from? Unbelievable. Can’t be the same player

In Heaven! When there was no VAR reaction I started believing and wow! After a horrible heading Mateta did everything right and put the ball behind MOTM (Leicester goalie).
30 points, that should give us that important part of sport called confidence.
Great lads, only minus our captain out just before half time. Wilf just unplayable today....ready to sign a new contract?

Fortune favoured Roy his subs are not a strong point and Mateta did not get on until the 86th minute.

A change of fortune and lots of attacking play, his negative reputation is unfair it is if he has the players.

Should do wonders for confidence and belief.

I hope Wilf is OK because he was relentless first half. We need him.

This sudden burst of attacking energy just demonstrates what garbage Vieira was serving up for the last few months.

Eze showing what he can do in the right position. The whole team trying harder.
We need this till the end of the season.

Great win...what I like about Mateta is he puts himself about a bit more than Edouard...that goal will give him a lot of confidence....

One swallow doesn't make a summer but it seems Mr Parish made the correct decision despite mass criticism from the pundits.

A point a match from now on should see us safe.

It is all about motivation - something I've been moaning about at the last manager.

For those querying the difference between setups ,performances of Roy and PV based on this result i cant really give you an answer . But if the England Cricket test team now play Bazball maybe we played Royball
