Arsenal: 2nd choice to Martinelli, definitely going for a young vibe, albeit if he does we should be at the front of the Smith-Rowe queue if he can get fit. Chelsea: Don't look like winning anything, can't get the best out of Sterling. Probably make a bid but doesn't look that tempting. City: Gets nowhere near their team. Liverpool: Clear issue on the left where they are very Jota dependent. Carvalho needs time. Could see this happening as a stop gap for Liverpool. United: Won't win anything, plus it just won't happen. Newcastle: Unlikely to win much anytime soon, furthest from London, Saint-Maximin is there. Possibly the best payday. Rest of the PL is irrelevant. Abroad: Would have to be a really big name to tempt him. Wouldn't be surprised if he rocked up at Juventus, Barcelona etc. He'd do well, probably win something, not sure he'd manage more than a couple of years out there.
He kicked his toys out the pram when we wouldn't sell to Everton so I'd say all top 10 as well as potential top 10 teams are in with a shout of getting Zaha if its on a free and they are willing to offer big money. There's no loyalty in football. He wont stay with Palace unless Palace are offering the best deal and have the best chance of winning something.

Just my thruppence worth, but I can see him going to PSG if he goes. He speaks the lingo and is apparently mates with Neymar. Whether he plays or not though is a different matter. I personally think he will go, however he's a big fish in a small pond here, and I think he'll have his nose put out of joint if he's constantly on the bench, as I expect he would be at most of the top clubs. He's been fantastic for us, but we see him through rose tinted glasses, whereas others see an ok player who's got a chip on his shoulder. He'd be better off staying put.

Wilf will judge himself favorably against almost any player in the world, so he won't worry about being second fiddle anywhere. Whether he's right to is a different question
If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |

If he doesn’t go he will regret it for the rest of his life. He will always be looking back on his career wondering if he could have made it. He has all the riches he needs his option is to try to play for a top team if he fails so be it but at least he will end his career knowing he tried.COYP

He needs to get the same agent as Choupo-Moting...stoke to PSG then Bayern with some silverware to go with it. I'm sure Wilf could contribute more than him and I wouldn't begrudge him the move.

It could happen this season and he has also apparently been offered increased terms.

I have no idea what he'll do. However he will remember what it's like not to be the biggest fish in the pond, in fact a bit of a minnow at ManUtd. Perhaps that might sway his decision to stay.
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

Current rumour is Aston Villa. Aston f***ing Villa. I don’t actually care anymore. If we can get some money for him and free ourselves of that ridiculous wage then I’m all for it. He scores the occasional good/vital goal but these days there are just as many negatives about his game as there are positives. Get him gone and move him on…there is life after Wilf, just as there was with Hodgson.
